Job summary

Decile Group is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund. You will design and implement an agentic QA system with AI-powered tests, explore product flows, and ensure issues are caught before customers encounter them.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI agents, web test automation, and a strong emphasis on reproducible bug reports. Collaboration with engineering, product, and customer success is essential to maintain high-quality releases.

Qualifications

5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product.
Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools.
A track record of catching issues before release, not just logging them after.
Experience with test automation for web applications.
Strong organization: test plans, bug tracking, and release checklists that others can follow.
Clear written communication. Bug reports should reproduce the issue.

Responsibilities

Anticipate issues before release by studying each feature, user flows, and potential edges.
Build and maintain an agentic QA system with AI agents that run regression tests and explore features.
Learn how users (fund managers, LPs, internal teams) actually use Decile Hub and Start Fund to turn confusion into tests.
Own onboarding and login flows to ensure invites, login, verification, and document actions work reliably.
Run classic QA with discipline—plan tests, maintain regression suites, triage bugs, and document risk.
