Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of management experience or staff-level engineering with training.
• 5+ years in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions.
• 3+ years in large-scale system design and software development.
• Experience in OO/functional languages (Java/Python/C/C++/Scala etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage core team of engineers building the infrastructure.
• Develop a long-term technology roadmap with senior management.
• Dive deep into technical discussions to challenge status quo and steer direction.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and leadership.
• Drive operational excellence with performance metrics and tooling.
• Create an inclusive work environment with autonomy, transparency and quality.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale, cross-functional programs.
