Job summary

Siena is seeking a Product Specialist to become the resident expert on how our platform works end-to-end. You will own a defined product surface, diagnose behavior, and bridge customers with the PM shaping the roadmap. You’ll learn the product cold, enabling teams and translating insights into actionable improvements.

You will work across product activities, from prompt engineering to deployment, and contribute to enablement, demos, and market research for growth.

• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined Siena product surface and become its resident expert.
• Learn the platform end-to-end: agents behavior, orchestration, config, deployment.
• Diagnose agent behavior and identify product improvements.
• Turn customer patterns into prioritized signals shaping the roadmap.
• Create enablement materials: docs, guides, live-chat content.
• Run webinars and demos, support sales, and conduct market research.
• Engage with the support queue as a learning source, not just overflow.
