Job summary

Samsara is seeking a product operations leader to turn data into decisions that move ARR. You will partner with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security teams to shape the enterprise-ready roadmap and build repeatable analytics tools across Product and Engineering.

We value hands-on builders who can turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, deploy AI-enabled workflows, and ship tools that drive measurable business outcomes, all within a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proven track record of building and shipping data-driven solutions.
• Experience tying work to revenue or business outcomes (ARR, retention, expansion).

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR through platform decisions and prioritization.
• Partner with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams to remove blockers.
• Build and ship internal data and AI products to understand platform usage.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns impacting ARR.
• Turn analyses into repeatable tools with clear data definitions and docs.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for R&D leadership.
• Quantify revenue impact of platform investments and track it.
• Own projects end to end from scope to launch and iteration.
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the team.
