Samsara’s Product Operations team seeks a hands-on builder to join the Platform team and accelerate our enterprise-ready roadmap. You will support Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams, turning ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses and repeatable workflows used across Product and Engineering.

You move ARR through decisions and may investigate why customers stall on security or permissions issues, building dashboards that help product managers and engineers see platform gaps and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, or related fields.
• Proven track record of building and shipping tools or dashboards used by real users.
• Experience tying work to revenue or ARR, retention, or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR through platform decisions by identifying enterprise-readiness gaps and shaping prioritization.
• Partner with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security teams to define priorities and remove blockers.
• Build and ship internal data and AI products to understand platform usage, friction, and opportunities to improve.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership.
• Turn analyses into repeatable tools and workflows with data definitions, quality checks, and documentation.
• Own projects end to end from scoping to measurement and iterative improvement.
• Use AI-assisted development tools with validation, debugging, and user-facing tooling improvements.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
