Ellucian is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the SaaS Platform team to define and advance platform-level workflow and automation capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and customer success to deliver reusable, secure workflow solutions the broader product portfolio can leverage.

The role emphasizes cross-stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and delivering customer‑driven platform capabilities that scale across the Ellucian ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including platform/workflow or infrastructure products.
• Experience building platform capabilities for cross-team reuse and scalability.
• Strong background in workflow design and enterprise automation.
• Proven ability to work with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for business process automation across the Ellucian platform.
• Define and deliver foundational workflow capabilities that other products can build on.
• Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization for out-of-the-box automation workflows.
• Partner with engineering and UX to shape intuitive, secure, scalable workflow experiences.
• Drive decisions across competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Translate customer and market feedback into clear product direction and initiatives.
