Job summary

Ellucian is seeking a Senior Platform Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor during SaaS implementations. You will work with customers on APIs, integrations, data flows, and custom requirements, guiding design and delivery across Ellucian's SaaS platform.

You'll combine software development experience with consultative leadership, translating complex environments into actionable plans and driving go-live readiness with cross-functional teams across global customers.

Qualifications

Significant software development and technical implementation experience, 5+ years.
Hands-on knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Experience with SaaS or cloud-based solutions and modern integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical adviser during SaaS implementations, helping customers understand technical options and move toward go-live.
Guide technical solution design across APIs, integrations, and data flows to translate requirements into practical approaches.
Lead technical discovery conversations with customers and Ellucian teams to understand environments and dependencies.
Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans, priorities, risks, and actions for delivery.
Drive technical delivery and readiness by tracking progress and coordinating resources toward milestones.
Influence decisions and align technical and business stakeholders for informed choices.
Identify and resolve technical risks and roadblocks with cross-team collaboration.
Help customers maximize their investment by mapping requirements to platform capabilities and solutions.
