Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities from problem to adoption, focusing on payer workflows and health plan operations. You will work with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS product management, strong discovery and prioritization skills, and a track record of translating domain knowledge into platform capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Proven track record on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams; strong communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and interest in applying emerging tech.
• Nice to have Healthcare domain experience with provider/data familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into capabilities that fit workflows.
• Prioritize platform work across internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records, driving cross-team delivery.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protections under HIPAA.
