Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across products and markets. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and adoption in payer workflows.

You’ll translate health-plan operations into capabilities, define API contracts, and drive an integrated plan from problem to adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and APIs; able to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and an interest in applying emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
