Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams, focusing on the “what and why” of platform features and aligning engineering, architecture, data, regulatory, and finance to deliver measurable results.

You will become a subject matter expert on health plan operations, translate workflows into capabilities, and prioritize work that balances internal and client needs with company strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging technology.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle, from the first problem through adoption.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define the API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record, driving cross-team deliverables to completion with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
• Use AI and emerging tech to move faster while maintaining data integrity and governance.
