Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own and evolve shared platform capabilities across product teams. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes that fit payer workflows and health-plan needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS product management, a strong foundation in APIs and data quality, and experience with cloud platforms. Healthcare domain experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS products with a focus on platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data governance, and metadata management.
• Proven track record collaborating with engineering, data, regulatory, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become an SME on health plan operations and translate to payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by needs of internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan and drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, and HIPAA requirements are met.
• Apply AI/LLM tools to move faster while preserving data integrity and compliance.
