Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will define the what and why, partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance, and deliver measurable results that scale across markets.

You will learn health plan operations, translate needs into platform capabilities, and ensure integration with payer workflows while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder mgmt.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become an SME on health plan operations and map to payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work based on internal needs, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and cross-team deliverables with multiple functions.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Apply AI and emerging tech while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
