Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities that power our product teams. You will define the what and why, collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results across payer workflows.

You’ll become a subject-matter expert on how health plans operate, translating that knowledge into reusable capabilities and driving adoption from problem framing to go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure DF, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to participate in architecture discussions with engineers.
• Track plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities.
• Become SME on health plans operations to fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work across internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Drive cross-team deliverables with multiple functions (Engineering, Data, Regulatory, Legal, etc.).
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
