Quest Analytics offers a Platform Product Manager role to own shared platform capabilities across product teams, translating health-plan operations into scalable features and APIs. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to drive adoption and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS platform capabilities from discovery to market.
• Translate health plan operations into reusable platform capabilities.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with APIs, data governance, metadata, and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle.
• Become SME on health plan operations and translate into platform capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal needs, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements incl. PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to move faster while preserving data integrity and compliance.
