Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across the full lifecycle. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes and adoption.

You’ll translate health-plan operations into reusable capabilities, define API contracts and data models, and ensure compliance with PHI and HIPAA while leveraging AI to move faster responsibly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable)
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience, ideally with provider, member, claims, or network data

Responsabilidades

• Own the shared platform capabilities from problem to adoption.
• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for capabilities across lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements incl. PHI and HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging tech to move faster while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
