Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities that empower product teams across the full lifecycle. You will become a SME on health-plan operations and translate industry knowledge into reusable capabilities.

You will work with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver impact, while ensuring privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define the API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record; drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations; ensure regulatory and security compliance.
