Job summary
Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and API/data contracts, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services and Finance to drive adoption and measurable results.
You will translate health-plan operations into reusable platform capabilities, prioritize across teams, ensure privacy and security (PHI/HIPAA), and apply AI/LLM concepts to innovate while
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging technologies.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
- Become an SME on health plans operations and translate into capabilities fit for payer workflows.
- Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
- Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
- Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers and cross-functional teams.
