Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own the shared capabilities powering our product teams. You’ll define the what and why, then collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and adoption.

You’ll set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for reusable platform capabilities across products and new markets, ensuring alignment with payer workflows and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on health plans and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Drive cross-team deliverables with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Use AI and other emerging tech to move faster while preserving data integrity and compliance.
