Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities used by our product teams. You will set vision and roadmap, translating health-plan operations into reusable platform features and APIs while coordinating with Engineering, Data, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

You will guide prioritization, adopt a data-driven approach, and ensure alignment with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across the full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by balancing internal product needs, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to move faster while upholding data integrity and governance.
