Job summary

Milliman MedInsight in Seattle, WA is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to shape shared platform capabilities that enable product teams to build, ship, and operate analytics and AI solutions.

You will partner with platform engineering, data and application teams, and leadership to deliver measurable value, define adoption metrics, and translate complex technical needs into clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or other relevant subjects.
• Familiarity with common analytics technologies (e.g., Databricks, SQL, R, Python).
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures; Azure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight’s ecosystem.
• Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities in each stage of the ecosystem.
• Partner with platform engineering to define requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Translate complex engineering needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics.
