Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape platform capabilities that unlock customer-generated data across Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish. You will partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define scalable data activation and cross-vertical experiences.

You’ll own discovery, strategy, and execution in an ambiguous space, balancing immediate needs with long-term reusable capabilities, while leveraging AI to accelerate product definition and prioritization.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years leading software products or platforms, including 4+ years in product management.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 or discovery-driven initiatives with ambiguity.
• Experience building platform capabilities used by multiple teams (APIs, SDKs, shared services).

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for platform capabilities and scalable solutions across verticals.
• Align stakeholders and drive adoption of shared capabilities across teams.
• Lead a cross-functional squad through discovery, definition, and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Balance customer value with technical quality and trust in decisions.
