Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Content to own Offroad's content and data strategy. You will translate customer jobs-to-be-done into a data model, schemas, and content roadmap in close partnership with product, design, and engineering teams.

You will lead external data partnerships, manage the Trail Guide Program, and champion a seamless end-to-end experience for off-road customers while driving measurable ROI and exploring AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading software products or platforms.
• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in content strategy, data management, or program management.
• Ideally experience in geospatial data, outdoor recreation, or consumer tech.

Responsibilities

• Own Offroad's content and data strategy from JTBD insights to a clear content/data POV.
• Research and explore third-party data sources and prioritize new data.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content to define data model, schema and UX requirements.
• Champion the end-to-end customer experience with content across trail, POI, and land content.
• Measure content impact on behavior, conversions, and ROI to steer direction.
• Build and manage relationships with land management agencies and data providers.
• Oversee Trail Guide Program with a roadmap for contributor acquisition and content delivery.
• Represent content roadmap and risks to leadership; communicate market trends and feedback.
• Explore embedding AI as a repeatable co-pilot in workflows with validation.
