• Collaborate on core platform roadmap: reliability, scalability, authentication, console architecture, provisioning.
• Drive platform product decisions to accelerate customer journeys and platform value.
• Invest in agentic readiness and AI workflows for platform and customer support.
• Implement a cross-functional SDLC ensuring Sales Engineering and Customer Success are aligned.
• Make platform investments legible to business with clear narratives.
• Define sequencing decisions to enable future product options.
• Track platform metrics like onboarding time and incident volume.
