Obie Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a meaningful product area end-to-end. You will translate complex problems into usable products, partner with Design and Engineering, and continuously measure impact.

Prior insurance experience isn’t required; curiosity and ownership matter most. You’ll partner across customers, agents, and internal teams, turning ideas into first versions and driving outcomes with data-driven decisions.

• Experience translating complex problems into product solutions.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmap, and KPI measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take problems from ideation to shipped and used products.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area with measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and PMO to drive outcomes.
• Explain tradeoffs and decisions with clear data and context.
• Work asynchronously and own decisions as context shifts.
