Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a Platform Product Management Leader for the Assure Platform within its Insurance Software and BPS unit. You will define and execute the platform strategy, align with client needs, and drive platform innovation in a SaaS environment.

Lead the Assure Platform team, oversee services catalog, integrations, and design systems, partnering across Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing to enable scalable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including several years in the insurance industry.
• Strong technical background with at least 3 years of leadership experience managing a SaaS platform portfolio or comparable technology platform.
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving product innovation in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.
• Experience defining and executing platform strategies, roadmaps, product backlogs, shared services, APIs, integrations, and reusable technology capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed product and investment decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries and inspire high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, service-oriented architectures, and modern product development practices.
• Proficiency with product management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, product backlog, and roadmap execution for the Assure Platform, including its services, architecture, and shared capabilities.
• Define and maintain the platform services portfolio, including ecosystem partnerships, APIs & integrations, service-oriented products, UX/UI design systems, AI & data services, cloud services, tools & accelerators, and reference architecture.
• Manage and develop a team of 4–8 product management professionals, allocating resources and fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate platform, product, and service performance and use data-driven insights to optimize adoption.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term platform and product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities; drive GTM strategies and cross-functional execution.
