Job summary

Indigo is seeking a product leader to own and scale AI-native platform features for healthcare workflows. You will define strategy, shape roadmaps, and closely partner with engineering and design to prototype using agents and emerging AI capabilities.

You will operate across levels, from high-level direction to hands-on validation with customers, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity and quality as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience, building, platformizing and scaling integrations products with emerging technologies.
• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, defining structure from zero, and driving clarity for cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer empathy and a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
• Genuine interest in operations: willing to spend time in the field, learn workflows firsthand, and partner deeply with operational teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfort using data to make decisions, define success, and identify opportunities.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to do what is needed to move the work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of our platform features, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Develop product strategy, define the roadmap, and make clear trade-offs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to prototype quickly using agents, and other emerging AI capabilities.
• Roll up your sleeves to be involved in the operations, improve processes, and close feedback loops.
• Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and launch plans.
• Define and track success metrics for the functions you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes.
• Establish the operating rhythms, measurement, and processes needed to scale successful products.
