Indigo, a California healthcare technology company, is seeking an operations leader to turn strategic growth plans into scalable actions across physician operations and business performance. You will partner with physicians and frontline teams to identify bottlenecks, launch initiatives, and build the systems needed to scale across the state.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, healthcare, startups, or another high-growth environment.
• Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience redesigning operations around AI and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own key growth and operational initiatives across California.
• Work with physicians and practice teams to identify problems and improve performance.
• Support launch, ramp-up, and growth of new physicians and practices.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build repeatable processes and operating playbooks as the market scales.
• Identify opportunities to automate, AI-assisted, or more efficient workflows.
• Partner with product, engineering, and central teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
