Job summary

Hello Patient is building AI-powered agent platforms for healthcare. We seek an AI Agent Product Manager who owns end-to-end deployments—from scoping to go-live—driving customer workflows and agent behavior in real patient environments.

You will translate customer requirements into prompts, guardrails, and multi-agent flows, ship production-ready agents, and iterate based on live feedback, while collaborating with design and customer engineering.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Product Management or equivalent role or technical background
• Strong API and integration understanding
• Experience shipping in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to influence across teams
• Bias toward ownership and action
• Nice-to-have: AI-native products, healthcare familiarity, startup experience
• Experience with conversational agents and evaluation practices

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from requirements to production go-live
• Define scope, manage tradeoffs, hit timelines, ensure quality
• Own customer-facing roadmap for each deployment
• Gather customer requirements and translate into agent behavior
• Hands-on prompt engineering for multi-agent workflows
• Ship production-ready agents handling real healthcare complexity
• Improve agent performance via structured evals and feedback
• Lead new workflows and integrations where no playbook exists
• Coordinate with Conversational Design and Customer Engineering
• Codify repeatable patterns into playbooks
