We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to drive product planning, prioritization, and delivery across three AI Agent Platforms. The role will collaborate with platform leads, Scrum Masters, engineering teams and business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management for enterprise tech or developer platforms.
• Strong experience building roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs for multiple platforms.
• Ability to work with several technical leads and engineering teams.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with epics, stories, and releases.
• Experience defining internal platform services and onboarding workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish product vision, roadmaps, and delivery priorities across the three platforms.
• Translate business requirements into platform capabilities and epics.
• Define platform offerings, service capabilities, and adoption objectives.
• Balance new features, tech debt, reliability, and operational improvements.
• Own and prioritize backlogs across platforms with leads and Scrum Masters.
• Translate requirements into actionable stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and releases.
• Manage cross-platform dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Align business priorities with engineering capacity.
• Define discovery, access, and self-service for platform services.
• Drive onboarding, agent deployment, and developer experience improvements.
• Standardize onboarding and service consumption across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate requests and boost adoption.
