iManage, a leading SaaS platform, is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Technical) to shape the future of its platform at scale. You’ll own multi-year strategy, drive AI integration, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing.

This role requires deep technical fluency and senior product leadership to deliver strategic roadmaps. You will collaborate with cloud operations and SRE teams, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in senior roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Technical fluency for API design, cloud architecture, and infra discussions.
• Track record shipping complex, high-impact B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Experience applying AI to product work and platform strategy.
• Strong systems-thinking to understand ripple effects.
• Experience with public clouds (Azure/AWS/GCP) in SaaS/hybrid.
• Excellent communication, storytelling for exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product strategy and roadmap for major area.
• Prioritize capabilities to increase engineering leverage and delivery.
• Synthesize input from customers, partners, sales, and eng to shape priorities.
• Define success metrics for adoption, reliability, and impact.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across engineering, design, data, security, marketing, and GTM.
• Drive GTM launches with cross-functional teams to enable organization.
