Job summary

Luminai is seeking a Product Manager for platform systems to define the primitives, interfaces and deployment surfaces for an AI automation platform used globally. You will own the core platform product area and guide teams building on top of it, ensuring a foundation they can iterate on quickly.

You will collaborate with engineering to improve observability, reliability and performance, while enabling sales and customer success with clear platform capabilities and guarantees.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define platform primitives and reusable components.
• Experience shipping developer-facing products and APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specifications.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in early-stage questions.

Responsibilities

• Own the core platform product area and decide what stays platform-wide versus bespoke.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Own uptime, latency, failure behavior and auditability for the platform.
• Enable sales and customer success to accurately explain platform support.
