Luma AI is seeking a Growth Product Manager to scale its product from early traction to widespread adoption. This role blends product, engineering, marketing, and data to own growth end-to-end—from acquisition to revenue.

You will identify high-leverage opportunities, run rapid experiments, and build scalable growth loops while collaborating with research, design, and analytics to turn AI capabilities into compelling experiences for creatives.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of product management experience with a strong growth focus.
• Proven track record of driving measurable product growth (activation, retention, revenue).
• Deep understanding of product-led growth, funnels, loops, and lifecycle optimization.
• Experiment-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product-led growth strategy across the full funnel—from acquisition to revenue.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive outsized growth.
• Design, run, and scale rapid experimentation loops across onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable.
• Improve first-time user experience and onboarding to ensure users reach value quickly.
• Drive activation and engagement through deep understanding of creative workflows.
• Partner with marketing to optimize paid acquisition with clear attribution and ROI.
• Drive conversion and monetization improvements, including pricing, packaging, and promotions.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify where growth is breaking and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to prototype, ship, and iterate with limited data.
