Job summary

Luminai is building an AI automation platform for healthcare, delivering end-to-end workflows across systems. You will own the core platform area, defining primitives, interfaces and deployment surfaces to enable reuse across customers and reduce bespoke work.

You will collaborate with engineers to improve observability, uptime and latency, while guiding architecture decisions and driving initiatives from ideation through launch and scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping platform, infrastructure or developer facing products.
• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, cloud architecture and integration patterns.
• Ability to write detailed product specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Founders mindset with ownership from ideation through launch and scale.

Responsibilities

• Define what belongs in the platform vs bespoke surfaces for customers.
• Own the experience of internal engineers and forward deployed teams on the platform.
• Drive capabilities that scale across a growing customer base with minimal custom work.
• Define platform uptime, latency, failure behavior and auditability.
• Collaborate on core product development to deliver higher platform capabilities.
• Work with engineering on observability and monitoring to verify platform behavior.
