Job summary

Luminai is building an AI automation platform to help healthcare organizations deploy scalable AI-enabled workflows. The Product Manager will own Intelligence and Applied AI, directing research, experimentation and rapid improvement of AI systems.

You will define metrics, guide experiments, and decide which model capabilities graduate to production. A strong PM foundation and comfort with technical concepts are essential to drive this ambitious product forward.

Qualifications

Proven track record of shipping AI or ML powered products in challenging projects.
At least 5 years of product management experience, including 0 to 1 work.
Fluency in how models are evaluated, where they fail, and what changes between a demo and a production deployment.
Comfort using evals, benchmarks and model performance data as primary decision inputs.

Responsibilities

Define internal AI benchmarks the team optimizes toward and which outcomes they predict.
Partner on evaluation frameworks to accelerate experimentation.
Decide which model improvements become shipped platform capability.
Set the bar for accuracy and failure behavior for automations in production.
Collaborate on core product development to deliver higher platform capabilities.
Work with engineering on observability and monitoring systems for safety checks.
Establish how the team operates through early-stage questions with no obvious answers
Enable sales and customer success to explain AI capabilities clearly.
