Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Director of Product Management for Platforms to lead the internal platforms that power our global engineering organization and enable customers to maximize value with Datadog. This role also empowers other Datadog products to build, scale, and operate products efficiently and reliably in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• 5+ years leading and scaling product-management teams.
• Platform, cloud infrastructure, or observability background.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for platform products aligned with company goals.
• Define roadmaps and prioritize features to meet business objectives.
• Drive platform adoption with engineering and product teams.
• Improve developer velocity and time-to-production across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
• Define and track platform success metrics including adoption and toil reduction.
• Lead and scale the PM organization with talent development and succession planning.
