Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead product marketing across APM, DEM, and Developer Tools. You will own portfolio strategy, go-to-market, and growth, turning market insights into focused, full-funnel programs and messages that win in competitive spaces.

You will mentor senior managers, partner with C-level and functional leaders, and set GTM direction, launches, campaigns, and enablement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product marketing or related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a Master's.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing people managers and building organizations.
• Business-oriented with understanding of growth levers and full-funnel marketing.
• Deep go-to-market experience with multiple product stages.
• Technical credibility translating complex tech into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop marketing organizations for APM, DEM, and Developer Tools.
• Own portfolio strategy, market insights, and win-driven GTM plans.
• Partner with executives to shape narratives and align product positioning.
• Set GTM direction, launches, campaigns, content, enablement, and programs.
• Foster operational excellence, talent development, and accountability.
