Job summary

Suki seeks a Head of Platform Products to own the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core APIs and integration layers. You will lead platform PMs and partner with Engineering, Commercial, and executive leadership to shape AI, NLP, and clinical intelligence capabilities as scalable platform services.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in platform product management, APIs, developer experience.
• Strong background in healthcare technology, with regulatory know-how.
• 12+ years of product management, with 5+ years in senior/leadership roles owning platform/infrastructure products.
• Experience productizing AI/ML capabilities at scale—NLP, speech, or clinical AI.
• Excellent executive communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bay Area–based preferred but not required.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and multi-tenant platform architectures.
• Technically fluent: able to engage deeply with engineering and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the core platform.
• Lead platform product managers and partner with Engineering, Commercial, and exec leadership.
• Define service architecture, API strategy, and extensibility for current and future products.
• Translate AI/ML, NLP, and speech capabilities into reusable platform services.
• Oversee integrations with EHR ecosystems, data standards, and healthcare interoperability.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, SOC 2, and enterprise-grade data governance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML leadership to productize capabilities as scalable services.
• Drive developer experience, APIs, SDKs, and documentation for partners.
