Job summary

heva seeks a design-native Head of Product to define and lead the company’s product strategy during its next growth phase. This hands-on leader combines product design, systems thinking, and customer obsession to shape provider workflows, patient experiences, AI assistant behavior, payments, and infrastructure.

You will work closely with the CEO, engineering, AI, design, and operations to align product decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in product with strong design background.
• Progressed from product design roles into leadership and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to ship digital products from concept to scale.
• Experience with AI-native product concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities.
• Lead end-to-end development across AI workflows, patient experiences, and platform infra.
• Drive product discovery by observing workflows and user interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams on architecture and behavior.
• Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product systems.
• Own prioritization, experiments, releases, and iteration cycles.
• Build intuitive workflows across mobile, conversational, and payments.
