Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform primitives and builder tools that compose our core workflows and scalable assistants. You will define interfaces, promote reusable components, and drive a product-driven approach to generalization across healthcare AI products.

Work with engineering leadership on multi-tenancy, performance, and production readiness, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant, scalable design patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management, with platform/infra ownership.
• Experience turning one-off builds into reusable components.
• Strong communication with executives and engineers.
• Comfort working in regulated healthcare environments.
• Onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for builder tools and core primitives.
• Maintain primitive catalog: interfaces, versions, consumption.
• Define promotion process from per-customer builds to reusable components.
• Set generalization and scalability requirements at project start.
• Write acceptance criteria before sprint commits.
• Own product requirements for workflow registry and build-to-prod pipeline.
• Collaborate with infrastructure on multi-tenancy, performance, cost.
• Define success metrics and drive prioritization based on reuse.
• Manage intake for builder tool requests from customers.
