Job summary

Step2 Co. is seeking an eCommerce Account Coordinator in Streetsboro, OH to support daily operations for Amazon and Wayfair global businesses.

You will safeguard listing integrity, monitor account health, and drive improvements across promotions, pricing, and content in collaboration with merchandising and sales teams. You will partner with product safety and quality teams as needed while maintaining documentation and dashboards to support cross-functional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of e-commerce/retail ops experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with multi-country accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amazon Vendor Central and Wayfair Partner Home across US/CA/MX markets.
• Conduct PDP reviews and optimize content and listings.
• Monitor and resolve suppressed or stranded listings.
• Manage cases in vendor platforms and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support launch validation and PDP content updates.
• Monitor pricing and coordinate with sales teams on pricing.
• Maintain operational docs, trackers, and calendars.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Creative, Sales, and Product teams.
