The Step2 Company is seeking an eCommerce Account Coordinator to provide operational support for Amazon and Wayfair. This role entails managing account health, optimizing product listings, and ensuring compliance across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations. Key skills include analytical thinking, strong Excel capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Wayfair Partner Home.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operator of Amazon Vendor Central and Wayfair.
• Conduct regular ASIN reviews for content gaps and issues.
• Monitor and resolve suppressed or stranded listings.
• Manage and track cases within Amazon and Wayfair systems.
• Validate new listing accuracy after item syndication.
• Monitor pricing across platforms and flag issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and trackers.
• Complete compliance submissions with Product Safety team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
