Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in sales operations or order management.
• Experience with order entry, processing, and CRM systems.
• Proven attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, change orders, and platform transactions accurately and timely.
• Review orders, quotes, pricing, licensing, and customer information.
• Support sales teams and internal stakeholders with orders and platform requests.
• Use CRM and Zendesk to manage customer inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity and identify process improvements.
• Generate reports and KPIs on order completion and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations to resolve issues.
• Prioritize requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
