Qualifications

• Experience with order entry, processing, and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, change orders, and platform transactions accurately and on time.
• Review and validate orders, quotes, pricing, licensing, and customer information.
• Support sales teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders with order- and platform-related requests.
• Utilize CRM systems and Zendesk to manage customer and transaction inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity and identify opportunities to improve processes and platform adoption.
• Generate reports and track KPIs related to order completion, productivity, and service levels.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize competing requests and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
