Arrow Electronics seeks an innovative Marketing Manager for ArrowSphere, Arrow's digital platform. The role translates platform capabilities into partner value, driving awareness, adoption, and growth across the ecosystem.

The candidate will lead go-to-market strategy, platform messaging, and cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with product, sales, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or digital experience marketing.
• Experience marketing SaaS platforms, cloud marketplaces, technology ecosystems, subscription management solutions, or digital commerce platforms.
• Proven success launching and driving adoption of platform-based solutions.
• Experience developing integrated marketing programs that influence revenue, engagement, and business growth.
• Knowledge of the IT channel, cloud ecosystem, and partner-led business models preferred.

• Platform Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute global marketing strategies to build awareness, adoption, and engagement with the platform.
• Product and Portfolio Marketing: Serve as the marketing SME for Arrow's platform portfolio and related solutions.

• Partner Experience and Customer Insights: Understand partner needs, gather insights, and drive platform adoption.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, UX, sales, operations, cloud, and services to ensure consistent messaging.
