Arrow Electronics is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager – Platform to lead global marketing for ArrowSphere, translating platform capabilities into partner value. You’ll drive awareness, adoption and engagement through strategic messaging, launches, and enablement across regions and partners.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B technology marketing, experience with SaaS platforms, and the ability to influence revenue through integrated programs and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or digital experience marketing.
• Experience marketing SaaS platforms, cloud marketplaces, technology ecosystems, subscription management solutions, or digital commerce platforms.
• Proven success launching and driving adoption of platform-based solutions.
• Experience developing integrated marketing programs that influence revenue, engagement, and business growth.
• Knowledge of the IT channel, cloud ecosystem, and partner-led business models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Platform Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute global marketing strategies to build awareness, adoption, and engagement with the platform.
• Product and Portfolio Marketing: Serve as the marketing SME for Arrow's platform portfolio and develop messaging linking platform capabilities to broader Arrow solutions.
• Content and Enablement: Lead development of marketing and enablement assets and partner-focused content.
• Partner Experience and Customer Insights: Understand partner needs, leverage feedback and insights to shape strategies and drive platform adoption.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, UX, sales, operations, cloud, services, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and drive measurable outcomes.
