Job summary

Isola Group seeks a Manufacturing Learning & Capability Lead to design and implement the company’s global manufacturing learning framework across North America and beyond. The role focuses on transforming processes, SOPs, and engineering documentation into structured curricula that develop a safe, skilled workforce.

Reporting to the CHRO and partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Manufacturing Excellence, you will establish scalable standards to support a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 3+ years designing training systems or curricula.
• Experience with SOP-based learning content.
• Experience creating competency models or skills matrices.
• Strong adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex manufacturing processes into practical learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Develop instructor guides, learner guides, job aids, visual work instructions, videos and eLearning modules.
• Partner with SMEs to validate technical accuracy.
• Ensure all learning content stays aligned with current process documentation and revisions.
• Maintain standardized content within the LMS and Document Management System.
