Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Director of MQ Learning & Development (Biotech) in Indianapolis to shape the global learning strategy for manufacturing quality. You will lead transformation, partner with global MQ teams, and drive scalable learning programs across sites.

The role emphasizes compliance with FDA/USDA/EU GMP, leadership coaching, and advancing digital learning with LMS, AI, and immersive platforms while measuring impact with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing with 4+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, EU GMP regulations and compliance.
• Experience leading learning initiatives in manufacturing and managing virtual teams.
• Fluent in English; able to influence across functions and leadership levels.
• Skilled facilitator/coach for leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network transformation to implement a unified learning strategy.
• Partner with MQ L&D leadership to drive learning-ecosystem transformation.
• Define design principles for effective and compliant learning experiences across modalities.
• Deliver digital learning innovations using LMS, AI, VR/AR, and adaptive platforms.
• Establish metrics and KPIs; use dashboards to monitor impact at site, network, and global levels.
