360Learning is seeking a Trainer within the Professional Services team to empower clients to master our Collaborative Learning platform and methodology. You will own the One-to-Many Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars, ensuring clients gain confidence from day one and build a scalable learning ecosystem.

Within 1–12 months, you will master the platform, host webinars, update content, mentor new Trainers, and lead improvements to training paths based on client success cases.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Trainer or client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the learning industry is a plus.
• Excellent writing in German, English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Master the platform core UX and the Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Become a platform expert (user/admin) and get certified.
• Shadow Stadium webinars and Academy workflows to learn the current engine.
• Connect with colleagues worldwide through virtual chats and team activities.
• Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback on engagement.
• Update the Engagement Academy to align with product releases.
• Define quarterly priorities with the coach and roadmap.
• Contribute to Confluence with best practices on platform usage and client engagement.
• Lead a project to improve One-to-Many strategy with new formats or localization.
• Participate in Discovery Meetings with Product Managers to share insights.
• Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores.
• Build processes and update Confluence for daily work.
• Onboard and mentor new Trainers and develop training paths from successful cases.
