Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a GxP Training Specialist to design and govern compliant learning programs across its 503A and 503B operations in Houston. You will build scalable curricula, oversee AI-assisted content development, and partner with Quality and Operations to raise inspection readiness and workforce proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated training, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong facilitation, collaboration, and data-driven improvement skills in a fast-growing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training within a pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or GxP-regulated environment.
Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to tailor training for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Curriculum architecture for GxP curricula and training matrices across regulated functions.
Needs analysis with SMEs to diagnose gaps and define measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain training roadmaps connecting onboarding to continuing education.
