Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a GxP Training Specialist to design and govern compliant learning programs across its 503A and 503B operations in Houston. You will build scalable curricula, oversee AI-assisted content development, and partner with Quality and Operations to raise inspection readiness and workforce proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated training, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong facilitation, collaboration, and data-driven improvement skills in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training within a pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or GxP-regulated environment.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to tailor training for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum architecture for GxP curricula and training matrices across regulated functions.
• Needs analysis with SMEs to diagnose gaps and define measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain training roadmaps connecting onboarding to continuing education.
