Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 12+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, geospatial tools, or statistical software
• 6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc.)
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes or technologies to improve customer integrity

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Design and develop solutions to priority risks and own their deployment and effectiveness
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise
• Establish yourself as an expert in investigative techniques and abuse prevention strategies
• Reactively investigate issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit activities
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy and avoid overreach
